My lab creates unsupervised methods for interpreting large-scale high-dimensional data and extracting dynamics from these datasets. Our work has focused on understanding large-scale neural and behavioral recordings of mice. In the new 4DCP direction, we are expanding our techniques to uncover the relationships between gene expression patterns and neural circuit function.
